Will a battery keep everything running during a power cut?
Not automatically. Backup operation needs a compatible battery and inverter arrangement, the appropriate switching equipment and a suitable circuit design. Some systems support selected circuits; wider coverage depends on the design and available output.
How long will backup power last?
